VERY good takeaway, freeies given when spending over £10. now do deliveries only down fall don't except card payment.

Good food but it was delivered twenty minutes later than they'd specified and then a further item they'd left off the original order arrived ten minutes after that. Wouldn't have bothered me but when I called to enquire the member of staff who answered offered no explanation or apology and lacked basic customer service skills. Disappointing experience overall.

My friend was round so we decided to get a Chinese from here which I had never been to before but she had. When the order arrived part of it was wrong as we had two rices when one was meant to be a chow mein. I then phoned them up to explain. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude, she refused to believe that she had made a mistake in the order saying that we had got it wrong! She the tried to make us pay for another chow mein. I could not believe how rude and cocky she was. After speaking to the manager and making a complaint we did get the rice swapped for a chow mein but by that time everything had gone cold and was not an enjoyable meal.
Won't be going back!
